Which Airports Do You Offer Flights From?

We currently offer round-trip airfare for all trips from:

  • Chicago, IL- O'Hare International

  • Atlanta, GA- Hartsfield- Jackson International

  • New York, NY- John F. Kennedy International

  • Los Angeles, CA- Los Angeles International

  • If you are interested in joining any of our trips, but are not near any of the select cities please fill out the form HERE to see if any other arrangements can be made. Changes to accommodations may incur a fee.

Is Travel Insurance Included?

Travel insurance is not offered for domestic trips. All international trips will have the option to add-on insurance for an additional fee.

Is My Baggage Included?

One personal item such as a backpack, purse, or small tote bag plus one carry on bag are included for all domestic trips. One personal item, one carry-on and one checked bag are included with all international trips. Size and weight restrictions vary depending on the airline. This information can be confirmed  when you receive your trip itinerary. If you require accommodations other than baggage such as medical equipment, please specify this in your notes upon booking or fill out this form.

How Are Rooms Assigned?

Double rooms are shared between 2-4 guests per room with a shared bathroom. Single rooms are private and share a bathroom. Roommates are assigned according to the questionnaire you fill out upon booking. 

Couples can be accommodated as well. This option is limited and subject to change depending on the trip. Please fill out the form HERE to inquire about couple pricing.

How Do The Payment Plans Work?

Payment plan options vary per trip. Payments are deducted monthly on the day you initially booked your trip. For example, if you book on June 2nd your second payment will come out of your account automatically on July 2nd. 

Do You Offer Refunds?

All trips include a $200 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee in the price. In the event you can no longer attend a trip we offer a refund of all money paid minus the booking fee. If a trip is cancelled or rescheduled all money paid can be applied to a different trip or to the new dates offered. If these dates do not work for you, then you can still receive a refund of all money paid minus the booking fee.
