Epiphany

Epiphany is a self-expression fair that will strengthen the Vishuddha (Throat) Chakra.This virtual fair is meant to create a dynamic space for expression. This year we have decided to focus on creating through movement. Liberation can manifest when moving our bodies, expressing what we cannot say. From dance meditaion with Shalome Unique, writing with Unique Russ, exercise through dance with Rhea Riley and performances by local artists we will explore different ways to express yourself.
